The short version
We don’t run our own analytics, don’t ask you to create an account, and don’t use forms that store your data. The one exception is advertising: this site displays ads through Google AdSense, which sets cookies and may use data from your visits here (and elsewhere) to show more relevant ads, unless you opt out. Details on exactly what that means, and how to opt out, are below.
Before you publish this page
This policy describes a site with no first-party analytics or account system, but with Google AdSense enabled for advertising. If you later add your own analytics, a newsletter signup, comments, or any other feature that collects visitor data, update this policy first and add an appropriate consent mechanism for that feature. This page is a strong starting template, not a substitute for legal advice — have a qualified attorney review it against your actual, current setup. In particular, before serving ads to visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, Google requires publishers to use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to collect consent for personalized advertising — add one before launch if you have not already.

This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for visitors to OpenVault.Studio (“this site,” “we,” “us”), operated by [your name or business name], contactable at Contact@OpenVault.Studio.
What we collect ourselves: nothing
This site itself has no account system, no comment system, and no first-party analytics or tracking code that we control. We do not build a profile of visitors, and we do not sell or share any visitor data ourselves. The only data collection on this site comes from the third-party advertising described below, and from anything you choose to send us directly by email.
Advertising: Google AdSense
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. To do this, Google and its advertising partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick/Google Ads cookie) to:
- Serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (personalized advertising), unless you opt out.
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraud/abuse.

Hosting-level logs (outside our control)
Like virtually any website, the hosting infrastructure that delivers these pages to your browser may automatically and briefly log basic technical connection information (such as your IP address and request timestamp) purely to operate and secure the network. If you email us directly
If you choose to email us, we will see whatever information you include in that email (such as your name and email address) solely to read and respond to you. We do not add email contacts to any marketing list, and we delete correspondence once it is no longer needed to resolve your query, unless legally required to keep it longer.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, personalized advertising cookies are set on the basis of your consent, collected via a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set for EEA/UK/Swiss visitors. Responding to emails you send us relies on our legitimate interest in answering your query.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad personalization is disabled by Google for users known to be under the applicable age in their jurisdiction.
Your rights — European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability and withdrawing consent at any time (e.g. by adjusting your ad-cookie consent choices or using Google’s opt-out tools above). Your rights — California (CCPA/CPRA) & other US states
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information collected about you, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Under California law, the use of advertising cookies (like those used by Google AdSense for personalized ads) can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out via the Google opt-out links above, and this site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where technically supported by our ad partners. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Residents of other US states with comparable privacy laws are treated on the same basis.
Links to other sites
Our guides link out to official platform pages, third-party YouTube videos, and other external resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control — this policy applies only to this site.
Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that collects visitor data beyond what’s described here (our own analytics, forms, accounts, etc.), we will update this Privacy Policy before that feature goes live, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect that change.
